REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be returned within the day of purchase.
  • Be in its original, unopened condition.
  • Have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  1. Bring the Item and Receipt: Customers must present the product and the original receipt to the store.
  2. Verification: Store staff will verify the product’s condition and eligibility for a refund.
  3. Refund Options: If the item is eligible, customers can choose one of the following options:
    • Replacement: Exchange the item for a similar one.
    • Store Credit: Receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
    • Refund: Process a refund to the original payment method.
  4. Refund Processing: Store staff will process the refund using the store’s POS system or manual refund process.
  5. Confirmation: Customers will receive a receipt or confirmation of the refund transaction.
  6. Exchange (if applicable): If the customer is exchanging the item, they will be guided through the store to select a new one.
  7. Additional Payment: If the new item is more expensive than the refunded amount, the customer will be informed of the additional payment required.
  8. Finalization: The transaction will be completed by processing the purchase of the new item using the refund credit or additional payment.

Exceptions

  • Perishable Items: Perishable dairy products, such as milk or yogurt, are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • Sale Items: Sale items may have specific return restrictions or exclusions.
